We have been dealing with the local IH dealer, Gibbs Equipment in Bellevue, OH for a long, long time. They have a couple of parts men who will bend over backwards to help. I noticed that they have quite a few out of town/state customers in recent years - must be the service issue stated here. We have priced bearings/seals/etc a few times from industrial bearing suppliers and always find IH dealer prices slightly lower and without freight charges. Also, the parts generally arrive faster. I'm a big fan of the dealer. If you have had trouble elsewhere, call them. 419-483-4970 - ask for Paul in Parts.
