Bought a 1947 H in 1981. In going over the tractor I put on new IH bands. The tractor was lightly used for 22 years. I adjusted the brakes maybe 3 times. They would drag the wheels anytime (1 set of weights and fluid). Only thing, they squealed some. On the Supers and up with the dry discs, glaze and dirt were the main enemies....QR..
