Murray: My problem of course was blood sugar, no problems with colestrol or blood presure. I checked out fine on ECG. However the eating and controling it are not a lot different. I was never a big fan of cakes, cookies, pie, candy, etc. I dispise salt, sugar and grease, as in fast foods. My three eating and drinking sins were Coke, bread and potatoes. I eliminated the Coke and reduced the bread and potatoes substancially. I reduced this too far in the beginning and had to up it a bit. I was a bit concerned about 6 months into it as I was loosing weight too easily. At that point I set out to see if I could stop weight loss. I did and now I'm back at loosing again only at a reduced rate. I could just hear Lloyd echoing through the house. He would be rather abrupt, your either ailing or your well, no half way measure with Lloyd. Why in H@## doesn't he get a computer, he'd be good on YT discussion. Tell him I don't want to hear his pain about being too poor. I do remember what he got for the last 10 acres of the farm. How is Melvin Harris?
