560 sticking valves

I have a 1958 Farmall 560 gas that I have not been able to start since I got it. Found out today that I have several valves that are stuck. My question, while I having the head off and the valves ground, is there something else that I should do while I have the head off? Also, what is the going rate for having the valves ground. The Case dealer sells the valve grind gasket kit for $93.17, is there a better place to get them possibly with a better price?
