Well if it has a mag then it can't had a wire going to the disturtor running off the battery. As far as fuel flow you say it has it to the carb, but does it get in the carb. You need to pull the drian plug from the bottom of the carb and make sure you have a good flow there. Also for more help we need to know if its a mag system of it it has a disturtor.
