Is this 1939 H one of few ???

Looking at a 1939 Farmall H, s/n 4570 that a guy has for sale. It's a bit of a paperweight hulk but this guy claims it's somewhat rare because the cast iron differential cover has a seat support slot cast into it and also it has the shift pattern also showing. In addition, it has the underbelly hydraulic pump underneath there somewhere. He claims that Farmall collectors are always on the lookout for these early models. Is he feeding me a line or what? Is it worth getting into because of this so-called" rarity?
