Yes, the adjustments are basically the same as an H. The carb should not leak gas when sitting. You should not have to shut the gas off at the tank. There is a problem with the carb.,either the float is not adjusted right, or it is not installed right. It may be as simple as a small particle of something has found its way in and is preventing the needle valve from closing fully, or, the carb was not thoroughly cleaned and the fuel bowl vent is plugged, which could cause the gas dripping.If you have any of these problems, the result will be an over rich condition which might be why you cannot get the adjustments made.
