It's been too long since I was actively involved in farming so I can't give too many answers. I do believe that on farm grain storage is as good as it gets, but that is not always possible. Most, if not all, of the grain elevators around her do offer grain storage for a fee. I don't know what the fee is, but it might be an option that would give you the opportunity to sell your grain when the market improves.
