There is a good market for dairy, beef and horse hay. Sweet corn there is very high demand and a lot of farmer market competition. I did sell everything I had last year, and this year I have contacts in the twin cities area to sell in subards. Around here nonirrigated ground is between 25-75/acre. Irigated goes for 120-200/acre. I just want to get into farming as my farm requires only about 4 hours a day.
