Mine did the same thing just now. It has been semi-tropical here in CT until this week, when it dropped to 0 with a wind chill to -30. I put the H in storage to avoid the snow, and today I went out to install the new muffler and rain cap, and it started, but I had a hard time getting it in neutral. When I got it running, I went to let out the clutch in neutral, and it just slowed down the engine like it was gonna stall. I shut it down, and will wait for a warmer day. Thanks to all who replied to this question, I now know where to look for the plugs.
