H Frozen ?

Haven't ran the trusty ole H lately so I decided to start her this afternoon. Used her a couple of weeks ago to plow some snow and she ran fine. Pretty cold here (about 15 degrees) but the H started just fine. When I released the clutch, it grunted and died. Checked to make sure I was in neutral, but same deal. Gear shift feels normal. Is the power train frozen? Any ideas appreciated.
