Tried all the ideas for bleeding air and no results, so removed the pump. Took it to a hydraulic shop and had it checked. Pump and seal were in very good condition so ruled that out as a problem. Removed the gas tank and pulled the valve/cylinder unit. Noticed the control valve rubber boots were crumbling and snagging up in the yokes that work them back and forth. There were no boots on the pistons. Cleaned up that area and put new leather boots on the pistons and new rubber boots on the control valves. On the other side of the valve/cylinder unit, I removed the bolts, and head plate. On the lower right, corner, I found the tiny oriface plug/screen. Removed it and washed with brake cleaner. Also took a look at the Regulator valve parts - pushed the poppet open and gave it a squirt of compressed air. Torqued the head bolts down and re-installed the valve/cylinder unit, filled with Hy-Tran fluid - this time both Touch Controls responded and I followed the Operator's Manual for bleeding. Back in business Thanks to everone for all their suggestions and help. John
