It is absolutely possible this is the issue. If you are smelling antifreeze at all or the water is excessive I would be worried. I also got the idea it was blowing water as soon as it fires off. If that is the case, the condensate arguement does not work. It will take just a bit for the water to condense, and in all actuality the water usually does not condense much in an exhaust with a very short pipe. In a car you have cold pipe at the rear of the vehicle that causes the water to condense out much like water on a cold window in the winter time.
