1466 hydraulic bump

Hello,
I have a 1466 that when it has a heavy load on the 3 point hitch raised up it bumps every few seconds. It acts like it is creeping down and correcting itself. It is worse with a heavy implement such as a chisel plow, but still noticable with a 1500 pound round bale.
Any thoughts as to the problem and how bad is the repair. Thanks for the help. YC
