It"s been a while since I"ve researched it, but I know that the crawler motors had a different type of intake for the oil pump so it could work on steep inclines. Of course that won"t matter in a wheel tractor. The thing is, as someone else said, to make it right it would have to be put with the WD-40 bellhousing, trans and rear end. Good luck. I"ve always wanted either a TD-40 or a WD-40. Paul
