The data plate on the brake assembly will probably tell you a lot about that "after market" M & W clutch on your SM. Its kind of a nice rare find, especially if it still works. Dealers installed them on new tractors in our part of the world. They work like the early Allis Chalmers double clutch system that AC designed for the little round bailers that they made. Saw one on a SH that worked. SH sold for lots of $$, simply because it had the M & W clutch. Some one can probably tell you a lot about them, if you ask for info on an M & W clutch.
