Apparently I made a mistake in trying to post yesterday. Received 2 emails indicating a reply but nothing there. Trying again: I have a 340U, in good shape, T/A, dual remotes andP/S. My research indiates it should handle, power wise, a 5'6" rotary disc mower. Don't know about weight, I do haul large rounds hay bales with it. Not looking anymore for a new mower-too costly. Local IH dealer has a New Idea which he says can be shortened to the appropriate bar length. Need advice. Thanks much. DC
