None of them are rare, and the implements you listed don't add that much value, except to the person that uses or might buy it, so my answer(s) are without the implements. My opinion, if I were buying would put the 140 first because of the added power over the A plus the hydraulics, the A OR the cub second. The A has more power, the Cub has hydraulics and is newer, although 40 years old is not new, the A is about 60 years old. Looking at it from a collectors standpoint, whichever one he does not have. As to which would bring the most money, now, and probably in the future also, 140, then the Cub, then the A. Others, of course are free to differ.
