Mark: Your mower is a model A-16. Cutter parts are available at TSC and most other farm stores. I expect they have the pitman arm as well. PTO shaft may be a bit more difficult if you want to make it look original. I expect you can buy a U joint to fit tractor pto and the same to fit mower shaft. From there you could add a generic telescoping shaft.

You could also go used with the pto shaft as most IH mowers from 1930 to 1960 used the same shaft. Some lengths may be different, but you can always cut a long one.
