154 cub low-boy

I traded for a cub low boy 154 the other day, the fella said the hydralics were probably low because when he last used it the deck was slow to come up. I went to put some in but I cannot find where to add it, which was a little embarrasing for an old farmboy. It has a hydraulic filter to the left of the seat. Anyone have any suggestions or need more info, let me know and I will try to find out.
