I would initially say yes, but I would have to add that I would like to pull all the spark plugs to see whether water has gotten into the cylinders or not, plus open up the crankcase inspections covers to see if there is rust on the bottom end. If no to both, then it's probably a good deal. If yes, I would probably stay away from it. Many parts are available for the engine, but they won't be cheap, and once your done the tractor won't be worth what you had to put into the engine. Sad but true for a W-30. Just are not a very desireable model.
