If it has been that bad pull the engine off put it on a stand and tear down. With some luck you will be able to pull the crank then you can take it to a press and press out the pistons and sleeves together. There is no use in trying to save it as it is junk. I have been there and done that. You can get new sleeves and pistons for around 350. Get the crank ground then you will have a new engine. The head is probably very bad shape also. With some luck the cam will be ok but nothing for granted. good luck as you have a good job ahead.
