Ok, heres the deal. I am having a problem getting my 560 stater to spin over with the switch and pushbutton. I have a new pushbutton switch, new key switch, and new solenoid on the starter. I have 12v coming out of the key switch and going to the pushbutton. Here is what I think the issue is, down on the solenoid, orange wire, (hooked to the right hand terminal when looking at from the seat) this wire has 12v to it all the time. This gives 12v to both sides of the pushbutton switch whenever the switch is on. The solenoid does not try to engage when you press the switch and the starter does not turn over. The wiring has new connectors, I have checked the resistance and have continuity between the correct connectors. when cleaning connectors and replacing I have been careful to follow the wiring diagram. It seems to me that I should only have 12v on that terminal when I press the pushbutton. This energizes the solenoid, and kicks the starter over. This in a perfect world results in running D282 if you ran the glow plugs long enough....... Do I have a bad solenoid here?? Rob
