Andrew, Plow points (shares) are a cheap investment and if you go to tractor supply or a temco, you should be able to save some money. Your friendly JD dealer can probably supply the points and rob you in the process...they do me everytime i am forced to shop there! But, worn out points are just that...go buy new ones and get your plowing done. Another factor is this time of year, the ground is getting dryer and harder and it gets worse. You'll be amazed at how your plow works with fresh points.
