Super had more cubic inches, disc brakes, and some rear end improvements. Live hydraulics was optional on both Super and on late regular 9's. There was a Super WD-9 and WDR-9 but no Super W-9 gasoline. There was a WR-9-S which was a gasoline with the disc brakes and rear end improvements but still had the WR-9 gas engine.
