Hi Keith, yes I used the pattern from the pulley puller that you posted. Rather than try to use a torch to cut things out myself, I took the pattern to a machine shop and they plasma cut the plate. Rather than buy the drills and tap, I had them do that too. It turned out beautiful but cost a chunk of money. As far as using a bar to push the pulley back on, you lost me on that one. What are you threading it into, the front of the engine? What kind of bar and what dimensions? I live outside of Sequim, Washington, a stones throw from Victoria BC, Canada. How about you? Are you near Pendleton?
