My 300U has the arms you mention which plug into the fast hitch. It also has the upper attachment which bolts to the rear of the tractor. It is an option which is described in the operators manual, so I assume it can be found in salvage yards. The only problem with it is that the lower arms move as a unit, so it is kinda tough to hook up implements to them. Best is to hook the implement into the arms, then plug them into the fast hitch. Don't know how long I wrestled with it before that particular light bulb came on in my head.
