I would agree with what has bee said. I have had that happen to me on my 200 . the small gears inside the dist housing had got dry and stripped the teeth off. not hard to fix. like has been said remove number 1 spark plug ,crank over till you feel compression and stop there , look to see where your rotor is pointed,should be to number 1 cyl. had a neighbor that had same problem on a H. good luck. let us know what you find.
