I had my first problems with them back in '03 or so. I own 2 H's and 2 M's, and we all know that "they're never quite finished". I've gotten several thousand dollars worth of parts and good humble service elsewhere since then...I thought they (OEM) had cleaned up their act, so I put in a $200 plus dollar order with them...and nothing has changed...Something doesn't fit...I'm always incorrect (or maybe incompetent) in their opinion, and whenever I have called, they send the damage-control czar ol'Thurman (sp)the master of schmooze. He has all the excuses down in front of him that is for sure.
