Is antifreeze in the oil ever a minor thing?

I was getting my 350 utility ready for mowing, and when I changed the oil I noticed there was quite a bit of anti-freeze in the oil. I don't have the time, knowledge or money to make any major repairs, but before I write it off as a project tractor for someone else, I want to check and see if anti-freeze in the oil is ever anything minor. Let me know. I hate to sell it, but I can't stick a ton of work into it either. As long as I am on the topic, how much could I expect to get for a 350 utility gasser, TA, decent paint, good rubber, fast hitch, but with anti-freeze in the oil. Starts and runs good.
