Depends. If you call a leaking head gasket or a cracked head minor. If not, then unlikely you will consider it minor as those are the two most common sources for anti-freeze in the oil. A cracked block comes next in line. To me the gasket is minor, head a bit more as there is more cost in the fix, and a cracked block pretty major as most will put in an overhaul kit if they replace the block. To make sure you really have an issue to deal with, drain off the antifreeze (loosen the drain plug until the antifreeze drips out then when it stops or oil starts to come tighten it back up) put some pepper or other block sealer in the radiator and run it. After it sets overnight, check to see if you have antifreeze in the oil again, and go from there.
