Don't bother. If it'll turn over decent on the starter, then pulling it is just as much of a waste of time as trying it every hour without so much as a half-hearted effort at troubleshooting... Sir, original poster, you've got to try SOMETHING to fix the tractor... They don't heal like people and animals; time isn't going to make the problem mysteriously go away like a paper cut. Air, fuel, and fire, all at the right time. That's what makes an engine run. If you're lacking one of those, then the engine will not run.
