You do not have the adjustments wright , so go back to square one and start over and go back thru it again starting with clutch free travel and also look at all your headed pins and replace the ones that are woren bad . with the age of the tractor and the fact that it was used to much when new it has ware and you have to make the adjustments accordingly and replace woren parts and at time ya have to throw away the tapemasure and go by feel . Now also it could be that the main nut that hold everything together is comming lose inside . So you need to pull the top cover and look and see if there is any back and forth movement and also see how the T/A throw out bearing is hitting the T/A clutch fingers . i have seen the pins that hold the fingers come out and this will give ya problems so pull the top cover off and look and also reread the book .
