If it is really stuck, you are going to have to pull the head anyway. The rings are probably bad enough anyway, that you will need to at least rering it. Pull the head and put about an inch of diesel in each bore and burn it. Then when it burns out place the xmsn in neutral and tap on the top of each piston with a wooden block as close to the bore size as possible. It will come loose eventually. Pull the pistons and hone the cylinders and check for pitting.
