My 650D was stuck when I got it. A local tractor mechanic told me to fill the cylinders with(name whatever concotion you like), and then after it soaks in for however long, take the starter off or use a pipe wrench on the front of the crank and try turning the engine in the opposite direction of normal rotation(counterclockwise looking from the front). Did that with PB blaster in the cylinders and it was free and running a day later. Might not have been stuck real bad- your results may vary!!!
