I have used PB Blaster mixed with tranny fluid a couple of times with good results.

Just don't be too much of a hurry, let the stuff work for a week or two then try rocking the rear wheel while the tractor is in 5th gear every time you go past it.

Do not try to pull it with another tractor or truck to free it. That is a good way to bend the rods or damage other things.
