Thanks for the info Red Dave but I have already tried that and that adjustment seems to be fine. I still don't have any throttle adjustments. It will idle on low throttle but as you put the throttle ahead one notch at a time the engine does not speed up until about the last 2 notches and then it speeds up to about half the throttle is should be and once in awhile it will surge at that speed. I did adjust that surge screw on the bottom of the governor and that did help the surge but still no throttle. Please help!!!
