It's not that big of a deal to R&R but you have to becareful not to damage the pickup tube when commin out and when going back in . The hard part is having the special fitting to install the test gauge to set lockup pressure and if it has sliped a couple times then the clutches are wiped out . The valve stem is what set pressue and could have backed off and lockup pressure is down . Also you must have the hyd. system up to operating temp when setting the lockup pressure around 150-180 degrees and at this moment off the top of my head i can not remember what a 656 lock up pressure is but more then likely around 235lbs.
