Re-install F-12 Flywheel

What's the proper way to re-install an F-12 flywheel? Looks like it can mount on the crankshaft studs in two different positions -- but not sure which is right, to ensure the markings on the timing marks are positioned correctly. Other than the markings being in the wrong place, if the flywheel is mounted in the "wrong" position --- does that matter if the mag is timed accordingly? Thanks, Dan
