Have you cranked the engine with the distributor cap off so you could see if the rotor was rotating.Could be something in the distributor drive or possibly the timing gear has been damaged.Worked on an H about two weeks ago for a friend off mine at work and the timing gear came off because the lock tab that goes under the nut wasnt install correctly.Havent been following your dilema very well,but this is just a thought since you have gone through everything else I thought this may be something to look for....Hope this gets you going River Bottom Farmer
