If you have the tractor and the ability to drive it, then you should be able to figure out the shifting pattern. Gears are always numbered from slowest to fastest, always arranged in a logical "H" style shift pattern like a car or truck, and it's pretty darned easy to get the tractor in an open area, put it in the various gears, and see which ones make the tractor go faster, or backwards.
