Several years ago I purchased a Farmall B that had sat in an open field for 25 + years with a tin cans over the exhaust and crankcase vent. By the time I found it and brought it home the cans had pinholes rusted through and there was quite a bit of water/sludge in the oil pan. After cleaning out the pan and oil pump, soaking the pistons with Marvel oil, and replacing the plugs and wires, she fired on the third turn of the crank. You should see the black ring that it left on a shop light fixture that was above the exhaust pipe, I thought the acorns and leaves that shot out of it were going to break the florescent bulbs! I originally bought the B as a parts tractor for a BN restoration we were doing at the time, but the B has been in use ever since she fired. I would say that the BN your are thinking about is worth the drive over to see if it's only been sitting out for two years, don't forget a trailer and your check book.
