Thanks everyone for sending the parts blowup of the electrical system. I can't see how things hookup. Someone really messed things up in past years. Help me by answering these questions... International 544 gas utility. 1) I assume the starter button is only powered when the ignition switch is turned on. Is the current to the ignition switch and subsequently the starter button ran through the fuse holder or does it just get current from the hot side of the fuse? 2) When the switch is turned on it powers the coil and the push button starter switch. Does anything else hook to the ignition switch? 3) Did this tractor have 12 volts sent to the coil when the starter button was pushed and when released ignition switch current sent through a resister to the coil or was the coil always receiving 12 volts? It seems like the 544 is alot like a 560 or 706 when considering the electrical system. Thanks for helping. andy
