Don’t know the number for a bell-shaped, 12 volt headlamp bulb – or even if one exists. However the standard #1156 brake/backup bulb fits and works fine. It also provides plenty of light. For the little bulb under the red “jewel” use a #52 or #53X lamp. Have never seen a dual filament 1157-style bulb used in that type of headlamp. The dual filament socket bayonet pin arrangement is different from the regular bulb and won’t fit unless the bulb is jammed into the socket. But that’s not to say they don’t exist. I guess I’d take a close look at the bulb socket. If it’s got 2 buttons at the bottom and 2 wires leading from it, it’s indeed designed for a dual filament lamp.
