That is outragious for labor even on a cab tractor as it is not that big of a job . The 86 seires and the 66 seires with the cabs are the worse . but only add a few more hours . The labor even at 60 bucks and hour should not go over 2400 and even at list price for a clutch and a good hd T/A with all the seals and springs and gskt 1200 should be tops anything over that someone is getting ripped off .
