H, replacing rear end, simple though heavy right?

Have determined my transmission is garbage, upon removing the top cover, the gears faces are extremely rusty and pitted, and there are too many pieces of broken roller bearings scattered through the case, leaky axle seals too. so I decided to say hell with fixing all those problems and to purchase another rearend. should be simple but heavy, I'll get a cherry picker, to swap rear ends right? I have the tractor stripped, just have the drive shaft left to uncouple, then the last step is unbolting the torque tube from the tranny and do the switch, right?
