More Super C Woes

After I fixed the positive ground short and she started up
again and ran like normal...I was a happy camper.
Until I went to move it 2 days later and it ran for a
couple of minutes and then stalled as if the fuel valve
had not been turned on and the bowl ran dry. That of
course was not the case but I followed the fuel anyway.
The fuel screen at the end of the line inside the
carburetor was 3/4 clogged. I blew it out with forced air
as well as the line. I tried starting the tractor by
spraying starting fluid into the intake. Still nothing. It
just turns over and over and over...never firing. Any
ideas here?
