I think I see four terminals. One will be power in, one will be for the work lights and another may be for a tail light and I believe it would only come on with the brights. Hook the power lead to one of the posts and touch the wire to the lights to one post at a time, then cycle your switch, until you find a combination of posts that do what you want them too.
