If there's no pressure in the radiator then the radiator cap must be shot because there should be about 10 psi built up to help circulate the water properly. If the guage isn't wrong and it is actually that hot then the radiator could even be plugged up on the inside from scale and corrosion from lack of DCA. Bring it in to the radiator shop to have it cleaned out or if that bad replace the core.
