1466 tractor running hot

I have had this 1466 for two years now and can not get it to run cool. The biggest load I pull with it it is a round hay baler and 20 ft bushhog. As soon as it get under a strain up comes the tempeture. It usually runs around 230-235 all day, i put a gauage with numbers on it. Cleaned the radiator, tried different theromastates, put a eight blade fan on . No compression in the radiator. Can take off the cap at 230 degrees and no presure at all in the radiator. antifreeze looks to be flowing good in the radiator looking down in it. Any ideals???????
